TweedleWink Australia User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and TweedleWink Australia ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the TweedleWink Australia website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
To be eligible to use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant TweedleWink Australia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.
All content, trademarks, and logos on the Services are the property of TweedleWink Australia or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TweedleWink Australia disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall TweedleWink Australia, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TweedleWink Australia, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Australia, in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make changes to this Agreement, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and/or by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to, if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and TweedleWink Australia concerning your use of the Services and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
